Client — Vinnytsia Regional State Administration (Ukraine) — was looking for ways to attract foreign investors to the region.
It is a region in central Ukraine known for its agriculture, light industry, and growing infrastructure — but almost entirely unknown to foreign investors.

Despite a favorable investment climate, the region had no clearly formulated value proposition.
Ukraine’s brand lacked international trust — and Vinnytsia’s was simply invisible.
The task was not just to showcase benefits, but to build credibility.

We created a narrative that addressed key investor priorities: reliable energy, logistics, available workforce, and supportive regional authorities.
