Easy Vending, a leader in the vending business in Ukraine, launched the self-service coffee shop franchise Brew Bud. The objective: not just to present the franchise terms but to convince entrepreneurs that this is a reliable investment.

Trust in a new brand: How do you convince people to part with their hard-earned savings —money that could otherwise go toward a car or a deposit?


Two franchise formats, so two different audiences: How do you craft a single message that resonates with both segments of potential franchisees?

We didn’t just identify the fears and barriers of franchisees—we created a Belief Map, outlining what they think now and the conclusions they need to reach.

Based on the Belief Map, we developed a message that aligned with the audience’s expectations and addressed their concerns.

✅ Step 3. Success Story Film
The campaign was built around the founders of Easy Vending—two friends who, 15 years ago, left stable banking jobs to rent their first coffee vending machine. Their story demonstrated that Brew Bud is a “roadmap” to a profitable business, refined through years of experience.

This concept delivered:

✔️ Role models – the founders became an example for potential franchisees.
✔️ A natural, compelling message – clearly showing why this franchise is a fast-payback business with minimal risk.
